§ 154.142 VILLAGE COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING.
   Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Village Planning Commission, the Village Council shall schedule a public hearing. The date of the hearing shall be not more than 40 days from the receipt of the recommendation from the Village Planning Commission.
