§ 154.141 RECOMMENDATION OF VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION TO VILLAGE COUNCIL.
   Within 30 days after the required public hearing, the Village Planning Commission shall forward such recommendation to the Village Council that the amendment be granted as requested, or it may recommend a modification of the amendment requested, or it may recommend that the amendment not be granted.
