§ 154.135 NECESSITY OF AMENDMENTS.
   Whenever the public necessity, convenience, general welfare or good zoning practices require, the Village Council may, by ordinance after receipt of recommendations from the Village Planning Commission, and subject to the procedures provided by law, amend, supplement, change or repeal these zoning regulations and district boundaries or classification of property.
