A variance from the terms of these zoning regulations shall not be granted by the Village Planning Commission unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence to warrant the granting of a variance, and a written application for a variance is submitted to the Zoning Inspector and the Village Planning Commission containing, at a minimum, the following information:
(A) Name, address and telephone number of applicant;
(B) Legal description of the property;
(C) Description of nature of variance requested;
(D) A narrative statement demonstrating to the satisfaction of the Village Planning Commission that the requested variance conforms to the standards set forth in § 154.119; and
(E) A fee as established by the Village Council.
