§ 154.001 AUTHORITY AND TITLE.
   (A)   Authority. The provisions of these zoning regulations are adopted under authority granted to the Village Council of West Alexandria, Ohio by the Legislature of the State of Ohio under R.C. Chapter 713.
   (B)   Title. This part, including the Official Zoning District Map made a part hereof, shall be known as the “Village of West Alexandria Zoning Regulations” and is referenced hereinafter as these zoning regulations.
