Whenever a subdivision which received approval prior to the effective date of these regulations (Ordinance 371, passed February 5, 1973) is resubdivided, and the width, lot lines or the area of one or more lots or the direction and location of any street are altered or modified, the resubdivision shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval prior to its recording.
