§ 137.15 EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prohibit the firing of a military salute or the firing of weapons by members of the Armed Forces acting under military authority, nor shall this chapter apply to law enforcement officers in the proper enforcement of the law, nor to any person in the proper exercise of the right of self-defense.
