No vehicle shall so occupy any street as to interfere with or interrupt the passage of other cars or vehicles. No vehicle, unless in an emergency, or to allow another vehicle or pedestrian to cross its path, shall stop in any street or highway, except near the right hand curb thereof, so as not to obstruct the same. No vehicle shall be left standing in front of sidewalk openings where supplies are taken into buildings or within fifteen feet (15') of a fire hydrant. (Ord. 217, 7-24-1969)
