8-2-7: SWEEPING DEBRIS INTO STREETS, FREE ACCESS TO ALLEYS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep dirt, trash or rubbish from the interior of any building in the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to park cars or trucks or place any obstruction in alleys. Free access to all alleys must be had for fire protection and garbage collection at all times. (Ord. 197, 12-21-1962)
