2-5-8: MEETINGS:
   A.   Notice of all meetings shall be subject to the Utah open and public meetings act as regulated by 52-4, Utah state code annotated 1953, as amended.
   B.   Minutes of all meetings shall be kept as required by 10-3-603 of the Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended. (Ord. 2009-03, 5-20-2009)
