The maximum density standard of Table 10-15-1 (expressed in units per acre of land area [U/A] when density permits one or more units per acre; density is expressed either in number of acres per unit when more than one acre is required for one dwelling unit, or as a fraction of a dwelling unit per acre) apply to all residential uses.
