A. Generally: The planning commission shall have all the powers and duties explicitly or impliedly given planning commissions by the laws of the state and this chapter.
B. Majority: The voting quorum shall be based on the total number of commissioners, excluding the alternate when not voting. Therefore, all voting actions must be no less than three (3) to constitute a majority. (1991 Code § 2.32.040, as amended)
