1-12-6: FINANCING EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES:
Typically, road, sewer and water extensions will be financed and contemplated by the parties whose property is annexed and requires such extension in accordance with other established codes and agreements. (1991 Code § 2.52.060, as amended)
