A. Authorized: To verify compliance with the NOI, the city manager, public works personnel, city engineer or designee may conduct field inspections.
B. Access: The city manager, public works personnel, city engineer or designee shall at all ordinary hours have free access to construction sites permitted under this chapter or other chapters of this code for the purpose of inspecting or evaluating the construction, maintenance and performance of stormwater features.
