Landscaping shall conform to the intent of the stormwater management concept plan. At a minimum, the landscaping plan shall detail vegetation and grading and shall include any nonstandard maintenance requirements that may be associated with the landscaping. The extent of the landscaping plan shall incorporate at a minimum all stormwater facilities and shall be submitted with the final plat submittal per section 11-3-5
