8-4-3: FACILITIES AND ASSETS:
Upon creation of the utility, all of the city stormwater facilities and assets (other than streets, curb and gutters) shall be transferred to the SWD in consideration for the SWD's agreement to take primary responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the city stormwater system. (Ord. 2007-13, 11-7-2007)
