7-5-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1991 Code § 12.16.160, as amended; amd. 2009 Code)
