7-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter:
PARK TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks and all areas owned by the city, or to which the public has free access as a park.
STREET TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on public lands lying within the rights of way of all streets, avenues or ways within the city. (1991 Code § 12.16.010, as amended)
