7-4-7: IRRESPONSIBLE BURNING ON STREETS PROHIBITED 1 :
It is unlawful for anyone to cause or be associated with the causing of mischievously or irresponsibly burning of any materials on city streets or city street rights of way. Violation of this section will result in a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine. (1991 Code § 12.04.055, as amended)
