7-1-7: CROSSING AT INTERSECTIONS:
It is unlawful for any person to drive or park a self-propelled vehicle or lead, drive or ride any animal upon any sidewalk except across a sidewalk at established crossings. (1991 Code § 12.08.060, as amended)
