When proper signs or traffic markings are erected or in place by authorization of the city council in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle or permit such vehicle to remain parked for longer than the time specified between the hours shown and within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets so designated. A. North side of Main Street between 100 East and Center Street:
1. No person shall park a vehicle on the north side of Main Street between 100 East and a point four hundred seventy two feet (472') west between the posted "Limited Parking" signs for more than thirty (30) consecutive minutes.
2. This parking restriction shall apply between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. of every day of the week, except Sunday.
B. South side of 100 South between 100 East and Center Street: No person shall park a vehicle on the south side of 100 South between 100 East and a point three hundred thirty feet (330') west between the posted limited parking signs during the hours, when school is in session, of seven forty five o'clock (7:45) A.M. to two forty five o'clock (2:45) P.M., except Saturday and Sunday.
