A. The public works director or city manager, subject to the prior approval of the city council, is authorized, after an adequate study, to place and maintain appropriate signs or traffic markings to indicate standing or parking regulations. Traffic markings designating zones shall have the meanings herein set forth: (1991 Code § 10.08.050, as amended; amd. 2009 Code)
Yellow or red shall mean no stopping, standing or parking at any time.
B. When appropriate signs or traffic curb markings have been erected or placed according to this section, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any zone in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. (1991 Code § 10.08.050, as amended)
