4-1-9: RIGHT TO ENTER AND INSPECT PREMISES:

The fire chief, or his deputies, upon presentation of proper credentials, shall have the right to enter upon any premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of making inspections in emergency situations, or where consent has been obtained. (1991 Code § 2.24.090, as amended)
