A person who knowingly violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day a violation is committed, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing in this section and no action taken hereunder shall prohibit a criminal or administrative proceeding as may be authorized by law. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007; amd. 2009 Code)
