3-10-25: LOCATION AND ZONING RESTRICTIONS:

It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Sexually oriented businesses licensed as sexually oriented businesses pursuant to this chapter shall only be allowed in areas zoned for such use pursuant to title 10, chapter 10 of this code.
