A. Nudity Prohibited: It is unlawful for a person to appear live in a state of nudity in a sexually oriented business. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007)
B. Seminudity Permitted: It is unlawful for a person to appear live in a state of seminudity, unless the person is an employee who is at least ten feet (10') from any patron or customer and on a stage at least two feet (2') above the floor, in a room of at least one thousand (1,000) square feet. C. Gratuity Prohibited: It is unlawful for an employee, while in a state of seminudity in a sexually oriented business, to solicit any pay or gratuity from any patron or customer, or for any patron or customer to pay or give any gratuity to any such employee.
D. Touching Prohibited: It is unlawful for an employee, while in a state of seminudity in a sexually oriented business, to touch a patron or customer or the clothing of a patron or customer, or for a patron or customer to touch any such employee. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007)
