A. One Year: Each license shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
B. Application For Renewal: An application for renewal of an existing license shall be made at least ninety (90) days before the expiration date. If an application for renewal is made less than ninety (90) days before the expiration date, the license will expire as scheduled and remain invalid until a new license is issued.
C. Denial; Term: When the director denies renewal of a license, the applicant shall not be issued a license for one year from the date of denial. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007)
