An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the police department, health department, fire department, building department, or other city or state departments or agencies, to inspect the premises for the purpose of ensuring compliance with laws at any time it is open for business and occupied by customers. It shall be unlawful to refuse such an inspection. Inspections shall be reasonable and on an occasional basis. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007)
