3-10-7: FEES:

The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license and sexually oriented business employee license, whether new or a renewal, shall be set by resolution or ordinance of the city council. These fees are to be used to pay for the cost of the administration and enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 2007-15, 11-20-2007)
