10-61-1: DEFINING WORDS:

Words used in the Land Use Regulations have their normal dictionary meaning unless they are defined in Chapter 10-62. Words defined in Chapter 10-62 are defined for the purposes used in this Title only. These words have the specific meaning stated, unless the context clearly suggests another meaning.
