A. Appeals Of Commissions And Committees: The appeal proceedings shall include a staff report updated from the Commission or Committee meeting with the results of the meeting and a summary of the actions or finding being appealed.
B. Appeals Of Staff Decisions And Boundary Line Adjustments: The staff person rendering the decision being appealed shall provide the Board and appellant with a written report or memorandum explaining the basis of the decision or interpretation.
