10-55-9: RECORDS OF DECISION:
The Planning Commission shall prepare a Record of Decision enumerating the action of the decision-makers, the conditions imposed (if any), and the findings adopted to support the action. The Record of Decision shall be included in the minutes of the meeting in which the decision was made by the decision makers until such time that the City determines that a form Record of Decision is prepared by staff following the decision. The Record of Decision, prepared by staff may be signed by the proponent and shall be signed by the Planning Commission and shall be recorded against the Tax Identification Number with the County Recorder.
