A. Window displays and signage within stores not attached to windows are not regulated by the City, even if visible from outside the store;
B. Window signs that are displayed without change for a period of less than sixty (60) days per calendar year shall be defined as "temporary" for purposes of this chapter. Window signs that are displayed without change for a period of sixty (60) days or more per calendar year shall be defined as "permanent" for purposes of this chapter and shall obtain sign permits prior to installation.
