§ 132.17 APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO STAY OUT LATER THAN DESIGNATED TIMES.
   Any school, church, lodge, or other organization which desires to keep or hold any entertainment for children under the age of 18 years and which entertainment shall require children to be out at a later hour than that called for in this chapter shall make application to either the Mayor or Chief of Police for permission to have said children stay out to a later hour. Said application shall state the time the entertainment will end and children who attend said function shall be required to be off the public streets, alleys, or highways one-half hour after said function is ended. Said application shall be in writing.
