(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 117.03 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(B) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense.
