(A) Each taxicab shall have a minimum of four doors which are operable at all times.
(B) Each taxicab shall carry an operable fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and operable emergency reflective signs which shall be used in case of breakdown.
(C) Each taxicab shall have operable safety belts for each passenger and the driver.
(D) The maximum capacity for each taxicab shall be limited to the manufacturer’s specifications for that taxicab’s make and model of vehicle.
(E) No taxicab shall be repaired or maintained on the public streets, roads, alleys, and highways within the village.
(F) Each taxicab shall be in a good, safe operating condition at all times.
