§ 117.22 DISPLAY OF PHOTOGRAPH AND TAXICAB DRIVER’S LICENSE NUMBER.
   Every taxicab driver shall place his or her driver’s license with photograph and taxicab driver’s license number so as to be visible to all passengers and with proper lighting.
