§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating § 114.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person violating § 114.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 114.03(A) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 114.03(B) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100. On a second offense, or any subsequent offense, violation of § 114.03(B) shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
