Each operator or shipper of any bulk materials located within the village shall keep complete accurate records and manifests of the amount, type, and volume of bulk materials shipped and received each day. Such records shall be provided to the Fiscal Officer and the monthly remittance of permit fee along with such form shall be filed with the Fiscal Officer on or before the twenty-fifth day of each month for the previous month’s report.
