§ 112.05 PERIODIC REVIEW OF FEE AMOUNT.
   Village Council, on or before December 31, 2017 and on or before December 31 of each odd year thereafter, shall make a review of all expenditures made from the Bulk Materials Transportation Fund during the preceding year in order to determine if such fee amounts should be increased, decreased, or remain the same so that sufficient funds are generated in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents. Such funds shall not exceed the amount necessary to carry out the specific purposes set out in this chapter, but shall be sufficient to cover all costs incurred in the administration of this chapter by carrying out the purposes set forth herein.
