§ 110.19 DANCES OR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT.
   Each person not the proprietor of a licensed dance hall, or dance pavilion, desiring to conduct a public dance or similar form of entertainment for which an admission charge is demanded or received, shall first obtain a license and pay the license fee provided in § 110.16.
