§ 110.18 PLACES SHALL BE OPEN TO INSPECTION.
   Places of public entertainment shall be open to official inspection by the County Health Department and members of the Police and Fire Departments at all times, and all laws, ordinances, and safety rules and regulations shall be strictly observed by the owner or operator of such business at all times.
