(A) Council, recognizing that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Office of Real Estate and Land Management (REALM) awarded the village a capital improvement award for a community parks, recreation, and conservation project, Wellsville Marina appropriated by the Ohio General Assembly in the amount of $75,000, hereby authorizes and directs the Fiscal Officer to request that the State Auditor create a new special fund through which appropriations for the project will be administered.
(B) The funds awarded for the project shall be utilized exclusively for capital improvements to the Wellsville Marina.
