§ 95.30 FEE FOR USE OF PAVILION.
   (A)   A fee in the sum of $25 is hereby established for the private reservation and use of the Hammond Park pavilion.
   (B)   Persons reserving private use of the Hammond Park pavilion shall be required to proffer the fee at the time the reservation is made.
