The following activities are prohibited in the confines of the grassy areas of Broadway Park between Ninth Street and Fifth Street and between the easterly and westerly bound lanes of Broadway:
(A) No person shall operate any type of vehicle upon said grassy area. Such prohibition includes bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles, and any type of motor driven vehicle other than for maintenance purposes; and
(B) Active playing involving two or more persons is prohibited. Such playing includes such things as football, basketball, baseball, frisbee throwing, racing, and any other activities of a similar nature.
