§ 95.01 APPLICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The following rules and regulations are hereby adopted as applicable to those parks and playgrounds operated and controlled by the village.
   (B)   This subchapter shall be in addition to and shall complement any other laws or regulations pertaining to the use of such parks and playgrounds that now or hereafter exist and shall not be considered to be exclusive in their application.
