(A) Council hereby approves the billing for police officer presence to any organization or individual for an event wherein police officer presence is required due to alcohol being served at said event.
(B) The individual or organization hosting the event shall be responsible for the reimbursement of the police officer wages for the time the police officer(s) is/are required to be present.
(C) The Police Department will bill the individual organization within one week following the event and the individual/organization shall have ten days from the date of the receipt of the bill to reimburse the village.
