(A) No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, upon the public highways, streets, bridges, roads, and alleys within the village, when the dimensions of such vehicle exceed any of the following:
(1) A width of 84 inches;
(2) A length of 156 inches; or
(3) A height of 90 inches, including any load.
(B) This section shall not apply to the following vehicles:
(1) Firefighting vehicles or other emergency vehicles while engaged in a present emergency;
(2) Commercial vehicles while engaged in loading or unloading of merchandise, but only when such loading or unloading does not exceed a period of two hours;
(3) Passenger buses while engaged in the receiving or discharging of passengers, but only when such receiving or discharging does not exceed a period of two hours;
(4) Vehicles that are disabled, but only under the following conditions:
(a) A sign is posted in a conspicuous location in, on, or about such vehicle, stating both the name, address, and telephone number of the owner or other person leaving such vehicle in its disabled condition; and the date and time that such vehicle was left in its disabled condition; and
(b) The disabled vehicle is towed or otherwise removed within a period of two hours.
(5) Vehicles engaged in the construction, reconstruction, installation, repair, or removal of facilities near, on, over, or under a public highway, street, bridge, road, or alley; provided that such stopping, parking, or standing of such vehicle is necessary in order to perform such work, and further provided that a flagperson is on duty or appropriate warning signs and/or lights are displayed as may be prescribed by the Ohio Director of Transportation.
