§ 76.20 VEHICLE TO BE PARKED WITHIN PARKING SPACE.
   Every vehicle that is parked in any parking meter zone shall be parked entirely within lines of the designated parking space with the front portion of such parked vehicle adjacent or nearest to the parking meter controlling such parking space.
