§ 76.17 DESIGNATION OF INDIVIDUAL PARKING SPACES.
   The Village Administrator is authorized to designate and mark off individual parking spaces within the parking meter zones herein established or any zone which may hereafter be established, insofar as he or she may deem necessary.
